Large capacity labelling laser.<\/h2>

The state-of-the-art 4-axis laser gantry represents the pinnacle of labelling technology and offers the ability to precisely mark products with a variety of shapes and surfaces. The four axes enable precise positioning of the laser head so that both flat and angled surfaces can be labelled effectively. This versatility significantly expands the areas of application and enables complex markings to be carried out on differently shaped workpieces with the highest accuracy.
The innovative labelling system enables a seamless transition between automatic conveyor belt operation and manual operation at the pull-out tables. This flexibility allows operators to switch between automatic processes and manual intervention depending on requirements and product variety. The intuitive interfaces and ergonomic pull-out tables allow operators to customise the labelling settings and position parts manually when work requirements dictate.<\/p>

This dynamic working environment not only promotes efficiency, but also adaptability. For products with special requirements or unusual shapes, employees have the freedom to easily produce individual items and prototypes. To ensure that the labelling is precise and meets quality standards, a camera system is integrated that can recognise the position of the component with simple reference points and automatically compensates for inserted tolerances. Seamless switching between automatic and manual operating modes allows the labelling system to adapt to the needs of production while ensuring consistent production quality.<\/p>

The integration of manual elements into the automated workflow underlines the versatility of the system and highlights how modern technologies can be combined with human expertise to achieve optimum results in industrial labelling and marking.<\/p>


A high-performance barcode reader on the conveyor belt provides automatic identification of the products. This enables the appropriate labelling programme to be selected automatically as soon as the product passes the reader. This automated allocation ensures a smooth transition between different labelling requirements and reduces human intervention to a minimum.<\/p>
