PV swivel system to optimise the solar yield in winter and extend the operating time in summer:<\/p>

The PV tilt system represents an advanced technology in the field of photovoltaics that aims to maximise the efficiency of solar energy generation. In winter, it optimises solar yield by adjusting the tilt angle to maximise solar irradiation. In summer, on the other hand, it extends the operating time by adjusting the tilt angle in order to utilise the solar radiation during a longer day.<\/p>

Positioning via potentiometer for angle measurement:<\/p>

The system uses a potentiometer to accurately measure the tilt angle of the swivelling system. This positioning technology enables precise alignment of the solar panel in relation to the sun to ensure maximum light yield.<\/p>

Adjustment of the angle with solar tracker and calendar function for plausibility checks:<\/p>

An integrated solar tracker continuously adjusts the tilt angle of the photovoltaic modules to the position of the sun. This takes into account a calendar function that takes into account specific dates and times throughout the year. This enables a plausibility check to ensure that the tilt angle adjustments correspond to the seasonal changes and are optimised for the different sun paths.<\/p>

Wind sensor for swivelling to the 0 degree position during storms:<\/p>

To protect the system from strong winds, a wind sensor is integrated that recognises when the swivel system should be swivelled to a safe position of 0 degrees in the event of a storm. This safety measure serves to prevent damage to the system while ensuring optimum performance when weather conditions permit.<\/p>

This advanced PV pivoting system demonstrates how technology and precision can be combined to maximise the efficiency of solar installations while protecting them from adverse weather conditions.<\/p>
