The various steps in this process not only ensure efficient production, but also compliance with the highest quality standards.<\/p><p>Automatic cutting to length of a stainless steel strip with precision punching knife:<\/p><p>The production process begins with the automatic cutting to length of a stainless steel strip using a precision punching knife. This innovative technology ensures that each strip is cut with extreme precision to ensure the uniformity of the chrome rings.<\/p><p>Coiling of the belt with two linear axes and a gripper system with one rotary unit each:<\/p><p>The cut stainless steel strip is then automatically rolled up using two linear axes and a gripper system. These precise movements enable targeted preparation of the strip for the next production step.<\/p><p>Welding of the strip using resistance welding to form a closed ring:<\/p><p>The rolled-up strap is welded into a closed ring using resistance welding. This resistance welding technique ensures a permanent connection and high stability of the ring, even under demanding conditions.<\/p><p>Mounting the ring on the pressing tool:<\/p><p>After the welding process, the closed ring is automatically mounted on a pressing tool. This precise positioning enables preparation for the next step in the forming process.<\/p><p>Ring forming using a hydraulic press:<\/p><p>The ring is formed using a hydraulic press and appropriate tools to achieve the desired chrome ring structure<\/p><p>Removal of the ring with MDA SCARA robot:<\/p><p>The MDA robot removes the moulded chrome rings from the production line.<\/p><p>Quality inspection using a camera:<\/p><p>Each chrome ring undergoes a quality check using a camera system.<br>This ensures that each ring meets the manufacturer's specified quality requirements.
