LAMA SMART<\/h2>

Laser labelling machine<\/strong><\/p>

<\/a>A compact laser safety housing with two safety doors. The side door moves automatically during the conventional labelling process. The front door is used for better accessibility during set-up\/changeover work. The loading table can be moved in and out manually through the side door to optimise the ergonomic positioning of heavier or bulkier items. A laser safety glass in both doors allows the laser process to be monitored.<\/p>

The labelling laser moves along an electrical Z-axis. A laser distance sensor, which displays the position value, is integrated for easy determination of the focus distance. The Z distance of the laser can therefore be easily positioned to an accuracy of 0.1 mm using a handwheel.<\/p>

An extraction unit is integrated into the protective housing itself. This has three filter stages (coarse, fine, activated carbon).<\/p>

You can choose between two laser manufacturers. FOBA and BERMA with the latest laser brands.<\/p>
