Fully automatic vacuum crane
The fully automatic vacuum crane plays a central role by precisely and efficiently transporting the high-quality large format tiles from their storage location to the waterjet cutting machine. This innovative technology not only enables smooth coordination between the crane and the storage robot, but also a continuous supply of material to the processing machines.
Working closely with the neighbouring storage robot, the vacuum crane navigates effortlessly through the work area and lifts the tiles with extreme precision before gently transporting them to the waterjet cutting systems. The integration of these technologies not only ensures optimum utilisation of production capacity, but also considerable time and resource efficiency.
After the cutting process, the crane picks up the processed tiles and transfers them to movable packing tables.
The entire process, from feeding to processing and packaging, is therefore characterised by a high degree of automation. This reduces the workload on employees while simultaneously increasing production efficiency.
The implementation of this fully automated system not only contributes to a considerable reduction in employee workload, but also goes hand in hand with an impressive increase in production efficiency.
