Crane control
The fully automated crane plays a central role by precisely and efficiently transporting concrete rings for the construction industry from their storage location to the curing area. This innovative technology not only enables smooth coordination between the crane and the concrete ring machine, but also a continuous supply of material to the conveyor system for lorry loading.
After the concrete ring production process, the crane picks up this still moist and unstable concrete casting and carefully transports it to its storage location where it will spend the next few hours curing.
The entire process, from feeding and processing to loading, is therefore characterised by a high degree of automation.
