4-axis loading robot

Freely programmable loading robot, e.g. for feeding production systems.

Its customised gripper concept makes it possible to feed turning and milling machines. The parts can be rotated and turned from 90 to 180 degrees. Double gripper systems for faster loading are of course also possible. All rotary axes can be moved by hand, which allows the movement points to be taught in quickly and easily. The sequences can be parameterised simply and easily using step chains via a mobile control panel. The movement coordinates and paths are stored using G-code, similar to a CNC machine, so that the respective positions can be adapted with CNC experience and the training required is relatively low. Thanks to its special axis geometry, it is possible in most application situations to monitor the robot's movement range using a scanner, which means that the system does not always need to be enclosed and its accessibility is maintained.

In conjunction with our STAFO 3 (steel conveyor belt), simple machine interlinking can be quickly achieved to relieve the machine operator and increase productivity, even with smaller batch sizes.
